As a referral partner, should I disclose or declare an affiliate link or relationship when promoting the Migraine World Summit?

The Migraine World Summit is free to attend during the live event and most people do attend for free. However, there is the option to purchase. If a viewer makes a purchase using your link you may receive a commission. So what should you do?
